The first author (or corresponding author) has published more than 80 papers in authoritative journals at home and abroad, such as PNAS, Bioinformatics, JCIM, TEVC, TCYB, TCBB, TNB, etc. More than 80 national invention patents have been authorized; more than 100 software copyright registrations have been obtained; 2 publications have been published; 1 second prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 second prizes of Zhejiang Natural Science Papers, and 1 third prize of Zhejiang Natural Science Papers; Outstanding Ph.D. and master's thesis instructor in Zhejiang Province; instructed graduate students to win 1 silver prize in the China International "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, 1 second prize in the national "Challenge Cup" extracurricular academic work competition for college students, and won the 5th Zhejiang Province One gold prize in the "Internet+" University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and one second prize in the ESRI Cup China University Student GIS Software Development Competition.

On August 25, 2021, Ph.D. student Jun Liu submitted his paper "A de novo protein structure prediction by iterative partition sampling, topology adjustment, and residue-level distance deviation optimization" and was accepted by Bioinformatics.
